Shipping

1. Processing Time

All orders are made-to-order.

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days

  • During high-volume drops or holidays: up to 10 business days

Processing time does not include shipping time.


2. Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 (before tax and after discounts).

Orders under $100 will be charged a calculated shipping rate at checkout.

Free shipping applies to standard delivery only and does not include expedited options.


3. Shipping Time (United States)

After processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Total estimated delivery time: 6–14 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.


4. International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping coming soon.


5. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.


6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require additional shipping fees to resend.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

ЯVIVR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by the carrier.

RETURN POLICY

1. Made-to-Order Items

All products are printed on demand. This means each item is created specifically for you after your order is placed.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color variations due to screen differences

  • Buyer’s remorse

Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item or size sent)

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement at no additional cost

          OR

  • A full refund

We may require the item to be returned depending on the situation.


3. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before checkout.


4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.


5. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 4 hours of purchase.
After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.


6. Final Sale Items

Limited drops, discounted items, or promotional items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return.
